McGill graduate Dr. H Ukani is a board-certified specialist in Plastic Surgery, and a member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons. As one of the top providers of liposuction and breast augmentation procedure in Vancouver, he reached out to Chobee for a marketing strategy aimed at attracting the chinese market.

THE CHALLENGE

Besides his involvement at the Rai Clinic Aesthetica, Dr. Ukani wished to further develop his cosmetic surgery practice and approached Chobee to formulate a strategy designed to reach the Chinese Market specifically.

Chobee conceived and developed a campaign that utilized a WeChat ‘Moment’ for placement.

LANGUAGE SPECIFIC STAFFING

Chobee cross-trained the Concierge of its private medical aesthetics forum on WeChat to be knowledgeable on the Mommy Makeover surgery, and she was able to provide live ‘FAQ’ responses and schedule consultations.

Outcomes

With the use of the Chinese language Concierge in conjunction with the WeChat Moment, a new demographic of clients were booked immediately after the first month.
